Michael is the founder of Reg Alerts Pro, a technology company building intelligent regulatory infrastructure for the modern economy.
He founded Reg Alerts Pro in response to a fundamental shift in the regulatory landscape. Across industries, the volume and velocity of regulatory change have increased dramatically, yet the tools organisations rely on to monitor and interpret these changes remain fragmented, manual and reactive.
Recognising this structural gap, Michael set out to design a new category of platform, one that transforms regulatory monitoring from a fragmented process into a structured, intelligent system.
His approach combines systems thinking, data architecture and modern AI engineering to convert complex regulatory information into clear, actionable intelligence that organisations can act on. Under his leadership, Reg Alerts Pro is building a platform that enables organisations in highly regulated sectors to anticipate regulatory change, reduce compliance risk and make faster, more informed strategic decisions.
